A study and design for air infiltration renovation, remedial repairs and ADA compliance. CSS reviewed, analyzed and made recommendations on the immediate problem of air infiltration entering into the building from the North, South, East, and West entry doors exterior stair railing and guards, entry mats at the entry doors and pipe freezing at heating coil in the garage. CSS Architects Inc. prepared construction documents and provided construction administration for renovation of the problem areas found in the study, including door and window replacements, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fire protection upgrades.
