CSS was selected by the Public Facilities Building Committee to perform a feasibility study for a new building to combine the parks, trees, cemetery, water & sewer, and the Public Works Departments into one structure to be built on town property. The project objective was to house all the facilities that are currently on scattered sites, into one building. The program included vehicle service bays, vehicle storage, parts storage, wash bay, employee toilets and general administrative offices. The scope of services included programming, building design, site design, cost estimating and construction documents.
