The project included 40B site planning building design, interior design, landscape design, civil engineering, bidding and construction administration. Each unit was carefully designed to take advantage of water views, open space and landscaped courtyards. The living environment includes contemporary kitchens and bathrooms with state of the art appliances. Sensitive use of materials, skillful massing of the buildings and placement of private decks and entries all allow for water views.

In order to maximize the individuality of the houses, while achieving cost effective construction, CSS developed three different homes. Each lot was designed to allow for future expansion of the home and construction of a garage. The homes are two stories and feature 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.
